2. Submit a 3D scan of your chest

• Please see our guide for using our LOC 3D Scanner App to take a 3D scan of your chest
• You will need help from a parent or friend to take the scan
• Please submit your scan before your virtual consultation
• Please have a tape measure ready as additional measurements may be needed

3. We manufacture your custom brace

Following consultation, we will design and manufacture a bespoke chest brace in our in-house workshop.
This process typically takes two weeks, allowing you to plan your travel accordingly.

4. Face-to-face fitting in London

• Visit our Kingston upon Thames clinic for a final brace fitting
• Our clinicians will make sure your brace or orthosis is a perfect fit and provide guidance on how to use it

5. Online pectus exercise and stretching classes

As part of your treatment, you will receive access to weekly online pectus yoga classes to support your treatment.

Ongoing follow-up support

Our specialist clinicians are available for follow-up support by phone.

2. Same-day assessment and brace fitting in London

• Visit our Kingston upon Thames clinic for an assessment
• We design, manufacture and fit your custom LOC scoliosis brace on the same day from in our in-house workshop facilities
• Your clinician will make sure your brace is a perfect fit and provide guidance on how to use it

3. We send you for a rapid low-dose EOS scan

• The next day, we arrange an EOS scan (low-dose X-ray) to check the brace’s effectiveness
• If adjustments are needed, we fine-tune the brace immediately.

Unlike other clinics that wait two months, we optimise corrections immediately.

4. Recommended stay in London

A five-day stay is recommended to allow for:

• Specialist physiotherapy
• A follow-up review with our scoliosis clinicians
